I felt like rewatching episode 13 of the Gravitation TV Series after I came back at 4. Be prepared for "Becca's USELESS RANT" <start rant> Noriko kicks ass. XD But why did she have to marry some old bum? T_T; ... I still can't get used to Ryuichi's "PIKA PIKA UTA UTA SHUICHI SHUICHI PIKA PIKA!!" obsession and how he can change personalities so quickly. I find that very cool for some reason. *_* (This fangirl has a sad obsession with split personality bishis also along the lines of unredeemable villain type. *.*) *g* Which goes all the way back to Gure-san...*o* Er...yeah, going back to Gravi, I had to chuckle at Okiayu Ryoutarou's attempts in speaking "American." XD *laughs* BTW, I thought Yuki Kitazawa's english was actually pretty good, considering how it was related to bad bad situations *cough cough* (attempting to sell yuki for 10 bucks is VERY sad...I mean...only 10? Come on, look at him~ he's obviously going to become a hunk when he develops, as proven from what he looks like now =^_^=;) Ah, and to think Eiri was such an innocent lad in his younger days...My, he has changed a lot, hasn't he? O_o;
Yeah, and the show ends with "Shuichi succeeding Ryu-chan." ;_; No! Ryu-chan will live on forever!!! Oh yes, and did I mention Noriko kicks ass? Mika does also. How she can actually stand her husband is way out of my league. Mind-boggling. And Tachi! I so *squiggles* Aizawa Tachi! I don't know if I should put him in the "Unreedamable villain" category, but I've come close to before. ^^; My favorite characters have got to be Hiro and Ryu-chan. I mean, give the old guy a prize for having the ability to stay young forever, literally. And Hiro's so squicky. ^_^ Other than his interests in Ayaka, I find nothing about him that I can complain about. And *shock* He's INTELLIGENT!! *gasp* Mean feat indeed. <end rant>

Yeah...I'm just going to talk about the whole "shizzam" with the AP Gov. thing. Even though I got in, there were a lot of capable and intelligent people in my AP US History class that should have gotten in also. I mean, do they just randomly pick names out of a hat or something? I mean, that sucks...I think those who are in AP USH this year should have priorities, since we actually WANT to be in that class...it just isn't fair for some people. Watched the first episode of Abenobashi Maho Shotengai and currently listening to the opening. Yes, sit in fear and shock~ Me, watching something "GAINAX"?!?! Yes, a shock indeed. However, in actuality, I have no problem watching Gainax anime. It just depends whether I like the series or not. And most of the time, I don't. Yes, I know plenty of Eva or FLCL fans are just ready to jump me right now. But that is the sad and unfortunate truth. If it helps, I liked KareKano until ep 12 or so~ XD Then it got redundant. <--notice that is "my opinion">
Yes, anyway, I watched the first episode of AMS, and it wasnt' actually that bad...yet. All I can say is that the series focuses on just daily life and growing up. No spoilers~ sorry. Go here and here to find out more about the series. The animation isn't wonderful, but yeah, since it's "GAINAX," it HAS TO be good, RIGHT?? *O_O; yeah...sure.*

..wah~ now all I need are volumes 4 and 5 of Earl Cain. I skipped because the series is divided strangely. There are three 1's, to signify the the end/beginning of another part. So I need the "Akai Hitsuji no Kokuin - 'Mark of the Red Ram' Part 1 and Part 2" in order to complete my collection. Go here to see the covers. You'll know what I mean. O_o;
I started reading another manga series called "Kaguya Hime." (19 volumes so far) Although it was extremely confusing at first, I think I get a bit now, just a bit. ^^;;; To say that the plot is weird is an understatement. ^_^; The manga starts out with two people who kidnap a girl who is their childhood friend from an orphanage when they were five. The girl, who has forgotten her past, eventually agrees to go with them to the island where all three of them plus some others were raised. Many of the other orphans who had been on the island with them at that time had died mysteriously when they had turned 16. This was called "Kaguyahime's curse" and there is a whole legend about it that is extremely essential to the whole series. However, I won't get into the whole legend due to laziness and confusion on my part.. ^^;;; I promise to talk about it in another entry when I get things straightened out. ^_^ Back to the story, so the three original orphans and the remaining other orphans go back to the island on a helicopter. Unfortunately, the helicopter crashes just off the shore of the island, and everyone is killed in exception to the original three. It is discovered that someone had changed the oxygen tanks with poison, succeeding in bringing the three children back together on the island. O_O;; And it goes on from there. I haven't read anything beyond the first volume yet, but I intend to continue XD The story really grows on you ^_^~

..hehe..reading your manga, Michelle. I never did look at the title long enough to actually make out what it meant (I was too busy looking at the art O_o;). But then I sat staring at it after classes...and then burst into noisy laughter when I actually read the title. I swear, people walking by were looking at me funny~! XD "Baabarijii Geemu" (Barbarian Game) O_o; *LOL* It just sounds funny. Well, you know how the AR Club dressed up like TWIN WING? Well, I suppose that has something to do with it. And no, I am not sure why it's called "Barbarian" of all things. I like Shin...he's a cool seme...Not a lot of semes would cry over shoujo manga! ^_~ *lol* However, I still like Masato (aka Megane-san) the best. He's cool, and like you said, random! I'm going to be SO busy in the 3-4 weeks starting tomorrow. With finals, exams, and everything coming up, I really can't help but panic. And I'm already expecting less sleep and less manga..;_; Good news on the side: Once everything calms down and I finish all my exams, I can go back to being lazy for a little while...^^; But yeah, wish me luck and good stamina for these following days. I am so going to die. ~_~
I did indulge in some manga-reading this weekend though (you know, getting some where you can ^_~) and happened to finish volume 11 of Naruto. One comment: Kakashi kicks ass~ ^o^
I still have yet to watch the rest of X-TV...I did watch up to episode something or the other but never bothered to finish the rest of the series due to the release of newer anime that grabbed my interest. I was going to eventually go back and finish it, but now I'm not so sure...with all the comments I've been hearing about it. O_o; Either way, I probably won't even have the time to do any anime-watching for the next month, so yeah, I really doubt it. I'll see.

What is the world coming to...I heard about the suicide, Phung, which goes back to the whole "death" thing. I pity humankind. We are a cruel and retarded world. -_- I don't know much else other than the a boy at Jefferson committed suicide because he was always made fun of and teased at school. This makes me sad. Suicide makes me sad. Sometimes, I wish the world will just blow up. The GOOD people would just be better off. #_#; Er.

(Ryoutarou-san's voice seems a bit too deep to be a super uke like Sakumo ;_; he's more like a domineering 'Crawford' to me... O_o;) But Kiryuu is voiced by Seki Toshihiko! Hehehe!! The next Legato!
